Poetry ((PRO)) ((FANA)) Presents: EcoPoetics and The Ecology of Everyday Life at 720 Music Clothing and Cafe

On Sunday, February 12th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, 720 Music Clothing, and Cafe will be hosting the debut of POETRY ((PRO) (FANA)), a multi-genre reading and occasional film/performance. 

POETRY ((PRO) (FANA)) strives to take poetry out of "sacred" contexts and into new dialogues for purposes of exploration, innovation, and play. This event reconsiders what "nature" might be in today's world and how that impacts our relationship to the spaces we inhabit and the lifeforms we encounter. Come explore how poetry can help us think through these processes and lead us to a space of potential regeneration. The debut event will feature  author/editor Brenda Iijima and scholar Sha LaBare sharing their work. This event is free and open to the public.
