The 2012 Lawrenceville Joy of Cookies Cookie Tour

The thirteenth annual Joy of Cookies Cookie Tour is a free, family friendly event promoting the business district of Lawrenceville. This year the tour takes place from Thursday, Nov. 29th through Sunday, December 2nd, with 26 participating businesses where our Cookie Tourists can sample the shopkeeper's favorite cookie.

Each shop will be keeping their own hours but most will be open 10:00am to 8:00pm on Thursday and Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday. Many shops will be offering special discounts and opportunities to win prizes and gift cards during the Cookie Tour.

Molly's Trolley will circulate throughout the business district on Sat. from noon to 5:00 pm.

In conjunction with the Cookie Tour, Lawrenceville United will kick-off the holiday weekend with the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday night, November 28th at 6:00pm at the main entrance of the Allegheny Cemetery, and then host the Joy of Cookie Tour Cookie Mall and Children's Party December 1st, the following Saturday, from 11:00am-2:00pm.  As usual, Santa, presents, and crafts galore will be on hand while Mom and Dad shop the many vendors selling their homemade treats with the Cookie Mall.
