Lawrenceville Mainstreets Committee 2012 Community Event Microgrant Program
The Lawrenceville Corporation (LC) and its Mainstreets Committee are proud to present the 2012 Community Event Microgrant Program, dedicated to supporting events and activities that promote the Lawrenceville community and business districts. We believe that such efforts can successfully achieve three major goals of neighborhood revitalization: Attract new visitors and customers to the district; Contribute to the long-term growth of Lawrenceville as an exciting place to work, shop, and live by demonstrating the vitality of our community; and Engage community organizations in working together to make positive change to our business districts and community.
The Mainstreets Committee has allocated funds to the Community Event Microgrant Program for grant awards in 2012 ranging from a minimum of $100 to a maximum of $1,500 per project. The first round of applications must be received by the Lawrenceville Corporation by Friday, March 2nd, 2012 by 5:00pm.
